Hope everybody enjoys their Thanksgiving meal! Be sure to say thanks for the gifts and blessings in your life! I'll do so right now:

I give thanks for the family I've been given.
I give thanks for my handsome face and healthy body.
I give thanks for my artistic skill.
I give thanks for my brilliant mind.

I give thanks for the food I eat, the clothes I wear, the games I get to play, and the shelter I live in. I give thanks for the friends I have here on DeviantART, and for the welcome I've received within my first year on this site.

I give thanks for the soldiers who fight for my life, freedom, and well-being. I give thanks to the docoters who keep us healthy, to Nintendo, Insomniac Games, Naughty Dog, and Sucker Punch for making these nineteen years of my life a lot of fun, and to the business men of my country who continue to provide us with jobs, donate to the poor, and educate us about how money works.

I give thanks for the ability to see, hear, smell, feel, and taste. I give thanks to George Washington and his men for fighting for our country's rights to independence. I give thanks for whatever god rules the cosmos for crafting such a beautiful and vast world in which to live.

And of course I give thanks for the turkey, dinner rolls, pumpkin bread, blueberry bread, stuffing, pecan pie, mashed potatoes, and corn upon which I am about to dine.
